I had no choice but to use this company when I purchased an investment property. I find this company very hard to reach. I’ve left many messages, emails and they rarely reply or replay after 2 weeks. When I pop by their office, to try to chase up updates, no one is there.I still don’t know who my architect is because I could only talk to the reception.I’m A builder and I’ve dealt with many architectural firms and this is the worse one.
