Not professional. Took an extraordinary long time (many months) to replace 30-odd broken/cracked tiles at our home.Scheduled a date and then re-scheduled at 2 pm by email on the day they were meant to be there after I had taken time off work to meet the roofer at home.No courtesy of a phone call, and why reschedule for a week's time, not a day or two's time?Can't blame the weather we had clear weather for a week and they should have known they were running late way before 2 pm on the day they were supposed to be there.Eventually completed the job, mainly due to my negative Google review. They then also got the billing arrangement wrong.I know its a small family business and we like to support small business. The roofer who did the work was good and pleasant to deal with but the management, office support and client communication was poor.

Had a bad roof leak and they reponded straight away. Saved me a lot of time getting it fixed straight away

We had c&n roofing come out and do an inspection on behalf of our insurance company after we had a bad leak on our roof. We have dealt with lots of horribly unprofessional tradies and building companies in the course of our insurance claim and c&n were a breath of fresh air! Excellent and responsive communication when booking in and confirming the appointment, the roofing inspector was reliable and turned up on time, was very friendly and professional, and indulged the questions I had as well. He has renewed our faith in the building industry for the minute. We really needed just a speck of niceness after the stress and rudeness of this whole process, thank you for your professionalism.

Very professional, efficient and courteous. If the need arises in the future, I will consider C&N again.
