I cannot express my gratitude for Hew enough. Our rental application was initially rejected due to an error in the reference provided by our current property manager. Hew was very tolerant of my many texts/emails, and was VERY diligent in speaking to our current property manager to clarify the error. I’m so thankful for Hew explaining why we were rejected, and going the extra mile to ensure our application was approved. He also managed to sort this out in less than 24 hours.Also noted how friendly all the tradies still on site are with Hew- seems he leaves a wonderful impression on everyone!
