Amazing place and packed with history. Certain times of the year, every which way you turn there is a photo to be taken of the amazing water and river views to the coverage of flowers and colour around the beaches, walking paths and roads. Amazing maritime history around this area. Beautiful old buildings. Great fishing area. Very relaxing place. Worth everything minute of a visit to this area. Penguin tours near by. Great for the kiddies with plenty of places to let off steam with beaches sand and water. Dog friendly in some locations around the area. Accommodation available in the area too.

Nice spot although could not walk right up to the lighthouse as the gates are closed. It is a nice walk to park at the boat ramp and stroll to the top.

Low Head Coastal Reserve
Great place to visit and take photos. Around the lighthouse, you can get a good view of the town of Low Head and the surrounding coastline. Thanks to a very helpful local man who happened to be visiting the lighthouse, we were also able to find some fairy penguins in the shrubbery!
