Peter does impressive work, he helps you pick the right hardware for your home and makes sure everything is exactly what you need. For new locks he's given us great options balancing aesthetics with security. Couldn't be happier with his work, or the ease of organising him to do it.We had one manufacturing fault with a lock and Peter's after sale support was outstanding. Having had him do work for us on two homes over the years I recommend Peter to everyone without hesitation.

Excellent service. Did a job for us that was a bit tricky and no dramas. Everything explained clearly including work required, costs etc. turned up on time and efficient.

Peter was prompt and professional during a recent job to install an imported electronic lock. Peter was great at explaining upfront how he would complete the work and took the time to test out his plan before coming back on the day to do the install. The lock works great and the service and knowledge Peter provided was top notch.

Bought unit and replaced some locks and new keys and bit of loosen up of others.Nice guy, good job, listened to what I wanted.Saved money as replaced keys instead of replacing barrels of window locks. What more could you want? Highly recommend.

Pete was great - fixed our garage door quickly. Was the only company who didn’t automatically say entire unit needs to be replaced but tried to troubleshoot the issue properly while offering a lower cost solution first. Extremely honest in his dealings and a nice person. Definitely recommend his work.

We have had Pete from SK Locksmiths out twice now, and we found him via facebook recommendations. Once was for a repair to an existing lock on a bifold and then had him back to install a smart lock to our entry. Pete is always prompt (early actually) courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, if there is something about locks that Pete doesn't know, its probably not worth knowing.He took the time to walk both myself and my husband through the set up and testing of the smart lock, went through some common trouble shooting if we ever have any issues and maintenance of the device.Highly recommend Pete, and I wouldn't hesitate to have him back for any further work

Cannot speak highly enough of Pete who came to see our problem.We have an old Queenslander. We have just one single key for our front door. It’s a key that dates back over 100 years. We have taken it to every locksmith you might think of and during the past 10 years not one was able to offer a solution to cutting another key. More to the point most said it isn’t possible to get another.Pete was recommended to us by a friend. We tried, already knowing what he would say, but to our amazement Pete was quite unfazed particularly when we told him everyone we had seen over the years had advised it’s impossibility. “I’m a locksmith”he said “and if everyone thinks it can’t be done I’m the man to show you it can”Wow! he set us up making an entry possible through one of our other doors then took our only key and had 4 keys cast for the front door. Rang today to come and fit the keys. Having been cast this involved considerable expertise to file down as necessary so that they worked.All done, I had to say to Pete. That was astounding. Four site visits for everything to be finalised. Well done mate, a brilliant job that most Locksmiths would have considered too much hassle to bother with.“No problem” he said “I enjoy a challenge.Price for what he did was incredible cheap.To sum up, this man is brilliant.
