Great store for labels! Has a huge range of label types and is operating in Australia which is a bonus! I have just placed my third order with Keon. Definitely recommend!

Lovely paper products. They sell to private consumers as well as business. Fast processing and shipping. Were happy to send samples of different papers to test print with. Looking forward to purchasing from them again.

Reasons why you SHOULD AVOID using this companyunreliable :1- ask for matte and get gloss2- Got charged $30 more because it was processed as gloss stock3- having to reconfirm size 4 times and the 4th time they admitted what they had written “didn’t seem right”4- having to confirm the last 4 digits of my credit card cause they had written it down incorrectly the first time5- delivery was sent to #18 instead of #8 because address was written down incorrectly but was told by the employee that thats what i had given the manager when i ordered?!?rude:1- manager insisted i said gloss (even though i mentioned Matte and quoted the matte stock price over the phone when ordering)2- yelled at by the manager because i told an employee about all the mistakes that had occurred with order and how unhappy i was3- manager said i told the employee that she was incompetent and when i corrected her by saying i never used the word incompetent jus that “there were a lot of mistakes and i was unhappy with the service” she quickly corrected herself and said “you insinuated i was incompetent”4- said that her driver was picking up labels without giving me the correct stock and that her company and staff will no longer be dealing with me… which i replied to no as i won’t be returning labels until i get refundunprofessional:1 - ordered through 2 different suppliers who originally said yes that they could order the material for me only to have them both come back to me saying no as they happen to use this same company and this company wouldn't sell them the stock.this shows the kind of company they are, willing to let their supplier lose out on business because THEY WERE IN THE WRONGawaiting my refund prior to returning material(EDIT 7th September) refund received, stock returned same day refund received.
