Best snorkelling experience! Great masks and flippers provided, enough time in the water and felt safe. Swam with so many seals, lots of amazing fish. Thanks to Narooma Charters!

Highly recommend! Four of us went this morning, had a fantastic time. The boat is great, very capably skippered by Nick, who managed to show us whales and get us in close to the seal colony. The Montague Island tour was brilliant! We had cool cloudy weather, didn't matter at all!

There's no doubt that for the natural sights such as whales and snorkelling with seals this tour is amazing. Although, the costumer service is below average. It's a bit silly to provide short 3 mm wetsuits in the middle of winter. The water is about 16° making a long 5 mm wetsuit necessary. Above that, all the snorkel gear had either mould or was broken and wasn't sanitized at all. We had about 30 people on the boat.

Wonderful morning with Skipper Norm and Olivia today swimming with the seals. They easily catered for island visitors , snorkelers and divers in same group. Would definitely go with them again.

Best fishing experience to date. Worth the 4hr drive to Narooma from Sydney.Everyone landed the biggest fish of their life.Operators very knowledgable and entertaining.Didnt promise us kingies but they found us kingies.We will be coming back for tuna and marlin.

Excellent experience and would definitely recommended for anyone to try that’s staying in or around Narooma. The island includes a wonderful tour by one of the national park employees all who have an extremely in depth knowledge of the island. We didn’t see any penguins on the island tour but the island was quite stunning in the warm weather. After the island tour we got to go snorkelling off the boat. The water was calm and there was many seals we were able to get right up to and swim with. There was also plenty of underwater life to dive down and look at. The staff on the boat were nice although they did make one o our group members go home for not having shoes or a shirt. They did provide muffins for us which was a nice unexpected bonus. Overall a great experience and something anyone would enjoy.

Great day, staff friendly and Captain great. Very enjoyable day. Can swim either seals on certain cruises, I didn't but boat was very close to them so saw them playing and sunbaking. Tour of Island great with National Park guide, highlight was view from lighthouse. Highly recommended when visiting Narooma

Snorkelling with the seals and Montague Island tour. $130 pp.Packed boat of over 30 and all a tad haphazard. Lots of Europeans on board and many expected at least guidance on how to don the life jackets. Communication/help was minimal. Nowhere really to change back into day clothes for the tour around the Island if you snorkelled first. Bit awkward. The Montague Island tour was excellent. Didn't manage to snorkel with a seal, by the time the skipper had advised of all the dangers, my party were too scared to approach them! Probably a missed opportunity. We would consider a tour that has a staff member in the water next time. Coffee shop advised Underwater Safari offer this. But did see a wonderful turtle and stingrays. All in all, a pleasant enough excursion.
