All suburbs floor

An excellent job completed on my apartment living room in a day. They stock a wide range of laminate options and provided with me with great advice on best option available. Communication was always on point leading up to the day of installation. Efficient & good quality installation, excellent communications throughout and most importantly, hassle free with a job well done. Will absolutely recommend and reuse for future floor board installations. Keep up the good work team!

I was away in another state when I needed my floor done. It's quite a small job for 3 bedrooms' flooring only. I spoke to a few suppliers for quotes etc. Then I got to speak to Max and decided to go with him straight away. I knew he is the right person as he sound so honest, upfront, and professional on the phone. Being an HR and have interviewed so many ppl in the past 10 years, I normally take my own time to get to trust someone, but this time, Max won my trust, completely.Then soon, Max and his team have proved that my decision was absolutely right. He is an expert in flooring, he listens and cares about his customers, he communicates really well and timely (although he is extremely busy). As I wasn't there, he has been sending me photos and videos ensure we have no gaps in communication. My expecation was well managed from day one. He perfectly did what he should, plus, in the middle of his job, he also reported some leaking issues in my new home. So that I was able to get someone in to figure out the leaking issues, get them fixed, before laying new floors. This is just one example that he work extra mile to help me out when I was away. He has done a lot more than this.I feel so lucky that I choose Max and his team. Their performance exceeded my expectation and I appriciate that he prioritises my best interests before himself as a service provider.I don't normally wirte Google reviews. A few reviews that I posted are mainly complaints. But I would love to spend 10 mins on this review as Max deserves it.
