Very impressed with the service I received at this store! No frills, no upselling, and genuinely helpful advice for a novice turner. I was even advised I could delay some purchases for a later date, as they weren't immediately necessary.I was particularly impressed with their beginner set of tools, consisting of 5 individual full-size chisels (rather than a 'boxed set' - which can be of inferior quality, and are shorter). The set has the exact chisel brand (Hamlet), types, and sizes I was looking for after ALOT of research.I also purchased a Vicmarc chuck, pin jaws, micromesh, and some other finishing products... I feel confident my purchases are what I require for my particular needs, and that they were reasonably priced.Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Thank you.

Very good service. If you want the best click-pen kits available in Australia then buy Dayacom from GPW. One of my earlier pen-clips was broken by a relative and GPW kindly replaced it for me, even though it was not their responsibility. I've made some 200 pens so far and GPW kits are amongst the best.

Products are of terrible quality and completely unusable. Service is atrocious having being told the problem is with myself not the cheap garbage they sell. Do NOT waste your money with this scam artist.
