STRAND Morayfield

I went into strandbags morayfield during there boxing day sales it wasn't very busy. I was walking around with a bag in my hand and was wanting a wallet to go with it. I ask a staff member if she could help me find a wallet to match the bag, she point to a stand full of wallets and said there might be one in that pile. I put the bag back and didn't bother.

Went in to Strand bags a couple of weeks ago to buy luggage for travelling abroad and was confronted by staff who were more interested in having a chat at the counter. After several minutes, I approached one staff member at the counter and asked if we could get some service. The staff member became was quite rude and disagreeable. She then became aggressive and abusive. I told her we won't be spending any money at Strand Bags to which she replied Good". In a nutshell

If only you can give a no star rating, Absolutely horrible experience as I was accused of theft, even after defending myself the staff member continued to accuse me of stealing with my none existing daughter then proceeded to have a conversation with a staff member from the store in front of strandbags who then proceeded to identify me as a thief, I was absolutely mortified as I would never in my life ever do such an act, this was all done in front of a shopping centre full of shoppers, only to have them apologise for Miss communication of identity, well I’m sorry, sorry is just not good enough, this review will not only be my way of complaining, the staff member involved should be held responsible for how they have treated someone in such a horrible manner without even blinking an eye.

Bought a purse on special. Zipper came apart after a month or so. Went the store I did not have a receipt but my purchase was recorded on the computer through the reward card. I was told I could not swap the purse for one the same as I would have to pay the difference between the sale price I paid and the current price. “Not happy Jan!” I won’t bother to shop there again.

Great store if you want to be ignored the whole time. Not what I expected from older ladies. Discusting customer service, with 3 staff working and only a couple of people in the shop. I hope your boss reads these reviews as its obvious you couldn't care less about your customers that money goes towards paying your wages. I went in twice today with my husband and both times were the same. When I told the staff member she apologised and said they were busy. I told her no you weren't both times

For the price you pay for the products you would expect better customer service. Very disinterested staff both times I’ve gone in and all in one day. Won’t shop here again

Was chasing a sku number for a purse for my mum. Unfortunately it was a discontinued line, but lady was very helpful

I bought a suitcase from this store today and found the experience very average. The lady was not very helpful, I felt like I was interrupting her by asking for assistance and to get a case down from the top shelf. I looked at a case and wanted to buy it however wanted a different colour. I specifically asked the lady if it was the same and she confirmed it was. I’ve gotten home to find that inside is totally different and the one I’ve bought is missing lots of the pockets and storage I was after. It is now too late for me to return.

Worst customer service at Morayfield store! Such unhelpful staff.I produced a 10% off birthday voucher and the staff wouldn't honour it because their system kept getting an error. I was told to call their customer support to sort it out. Really? Why send the voucher if your company and staff won't honour it.

I had a Colorado single strap leather bag and it was leaving colour on my clothes after 6mths. I went to Morayfield store and asked about what could be done. The store manager Rochelle exceeded expectations. She contacted the DFO Brisbane store where I had bought it (Chantelle) and between them a full store credit was provided. Rochelle also provided me with education about how to care for the replacement bag and made me feel like it was no trouble at all. She was very busy at the time and was juggling other customers and phone calls but she kept her finger on the pulse and my day ended that much better. I had not really wanted to go in and complain, but I'm I glad that she received my concerns with such empathy and helped beyond what I would expect of a retail store - I was so impressed I decided to buy more (a wallet and care products) because the service was so great! Thank you Strandbags Morayfield! I will be shopping again!
