Westfield Mt Gravatt

I needed to borrow a wheelchair, and the Westfield staff were so caring and polite to deal with. I'd never used an electric one before, but the lady very patiently taught me how to use it, and was so helpful.

My favourite mall. Food options are endless and hard to choose from, from time to time. Haven’t had a bad meal from any of the food options yet. Plenty of stores to keep me busy and forgetting how long I’ve been there by myself or bub in tow hehe! Library is a great space for me and my little one each week and Parking in valet is still a delight and hi light when Jenni is on. Valet office always smells beautiful and looks clean when she is on. I have unfortunately had a few not so nice encounters with some of the newer valet gentlemen. There is one who I always see sitting down inside and this particular day I took the opportunity to take a photo as I was planning on being a “Karen” that day as I waited at the stop point for a few mins and was quite annoyed but decided to leave after no interaction. Have been back since and I am glad Jenni is there that is what gets us coming back every time.

Staff member Donna at the concierge desk is always so pleasant, helpful and cheerful. She always asks if we enjoyed our time at Garden City. It's so lovely that she takes the time to make my elderly mum and I feel welcome.Kath Bock

I normally park close to the cinemas but today I splurged and treated myself to valet. Extremely pleased I did. I had a few questions and came back to valet quite a few times to take things to my car and grab bags and it was not a trouble at all for Jenny, she answered my questions about wheelchair hire and disability parking for my elderly mum for my next visit and she took everything off my hands asking me where I would like it and placed all my shopping bags in there beautifully and with care. She made my whole experience 5⭐️. Absolute delightful young lady and experience. Thank you Westfield Mt Gravatt

Not real pleased about the cleaners of tables etc. in the food courts. I notice the same old cleaning rag is used over & over again, table after table - not really hygienic for large public food courts. The lifts in the centre ( near Aldi on one floor ) also leave a lot to be desired - it misses floors, tells customers it's going ' up ' on the top floor & is generally ' slow ' for serving only 4 floors.

Great shopping centre however can get insanely busy (obviously because it is good). Love the selection of food outlets and eight street is fantastic for a cheap good meal. I can always be certain that I will find what I am looking for here.

Was so busy on the night we were here, also was opened late too which was interesting to see in Brisbane.A lot of restaurants and so many shops and things to do here. TimeZone was quite big and also has bowling inside too, that was cool.Cinemas, cafes, bars, food, it was all there.Food court was huge and quite nice, then again it was already cleaned and closed at the time. The setup was not bad at all.Toilets needs to be upgraded, it is horrible and dirty for a centre like this. It can do better given the time of the night too and was still filthy.Parking was so packed.Didn’t get to experience the whole shopping centre, but definitely is huge to us.

My father had the opportunity to use the free mobility scooter, which was great. And we were able to get free parking as we spent more than $200.
