We had a picnic for two. Beautiful setting. Table benches shelter water. Lovely lunch time spot. Great play park for children. Trees and gardens and bridge were all beaut places to explore

William Ross Park
Another great new park in the Redlands. Main climbing frame is a bit tough for the younger kids but a great challenge when they're ready.

William Ross Park, situated in a residential area, is a small but pleasant neighborhood park that offers a quiet and relaxing space for locals to enjoy some outdoor recreation. While the park may not boast the extensive amenities or picturesque views found in larger parks, it provides a valuable green space for residents to unwind, exercise, and socialize. The park features a well-maintained grassy area, suitable for picnics, sunbathing, or a casual game of catch. There is a children's playground, offering a variety of play equipment that caters to different age groups, providing an opportunity for kids to engage in physical activity and imaginative play. For those interested in sports and fitness, the park has a basketball court, allowing visitors to shoot hoops or engage in friendly pick-up games. Additionally, the open grassy space can be utilized for a range of other activities, such as soccer, frisbee, or yoga.Although William Ross Park does not offer the same level of amenities as some larger parks, it serves as a valuable recreational space for the local community. The park's quiet and peaceful atmosphere provides an ideal setting for residents to take a break from their daily routines and enjoy some fresh air and outdoor activities.Overall, William Ross Park is a modest but enjoyable neighborhood park that caters to the recreational needs of the local community. William Ross Park
Great park, flat with a creek meandering through it, lot's of wildlife, ibis, ducks, cockatoos, parrots & koalas. There is a new children's playground that is sensational. It big, colourful and entertaining. There is a children's road for bikes, scooters and footwear around the swings and slides, complete with road signs. Such a perfect educational play area. Pity I didn't take any photos.
