Great place for children and adults alike to play sport. Bicycle tracks for the keen rider's.Toilets facilities and clubhouse. Coffee is available on weekdays.

It is a pretty good park. Not the most amazing fields to play on but ok for the price and what they are used for. Night games can be hard if your at the end as the flood lights don't go over the back but overall it's ok. Just needs a little love some fundraising and some upgrades to bring it up like new again.

Really nice big playground surrounded by rolling lawns, big gum trees and winding paths. Great for kids of all ages. Perfect for birthday parties and picnics with ample parking.

Still unable to park on western side of Shaw Rd beside the rugby fields. A power pile is *still* lying down as are bulky trees and trunks...almost four months post flood.This impacts car parking in the area.*EDIT*Power pole has gone although the car park is still barricaded and bulky tree trunks have become a green formation with grass and weeds overgrowing them.**EXTRA EDIT**We are now in November and the car park is still blocked off.***EDITING AGAIN***The floods were 11 months ago and the western car park is still closed.

Is the home of Valleys Hockey Club, a private gym, and also a cricket and touch football league are run as well. It has a shared canteen, which does serve alcohol, but is mostly focused towards selling hot food. Canteen seems to only be open on game days, but not training session during the week. Shaw Park is in the primary flood zone, as Brisbane City Council has failed to manage the creek, where it requires sediment, trees, rocks, grass and all other items impeding the flow of water.

Large flat fields but not much shade unless you are near the bike path. No water bubblers either. Best if you need a big open space to kick a ball around.
