A sports park, a family park, a great place to take the dog.Used a lot by schools and sports clubs.

Good rugby league fields and nice little brook

Expansive playing oval for ball sports. Kept in good condition. Mainly, possibly only ever, used by the Arana Panthers rugby league team whose club is beside the oval.

McKell Oval is located at 247 Dawson Parade, Arana Hills, this is an excellent place to visit & play RugbyLeague & Touch Football, there are wonderful off ground amenities available for players & officials participating in football competitions.An excellent canteen area is onsite to cater for everyones needs.The Arana Hills Leagues Club is front & centre as you enter this ground from Dawson Parade.This is one of the best Community based Leagues Club on the North side of Brisbane to visit & enjoy the excellent facilities.Adequate parking is available right around the immediate playing area of McKell Oval , including excellent parking for people with a disability.Brisbane City Council Bus runs a regular service along Dawson Parade with a pick up/drop off located outside the Arana Hills Leagues Club front entrance.
