I took a $400 Alannah Hill dress to them to be cleaned and they completely ruined it !! They offered no apology or compensation. They even had the nerve to charge me!! Do not risk taking your evening wear or bridal dresses to them! Very unprofessional!

Customer service is very hit and miss and on some occasions quite rude and dismissive. Quality of clean is average. Unfortunately convenience is not a big enough driver for me to go back after persevering for years now.

4 business shirts cleaned, get one free is good. But they PIN the bloody tags to your shirts, putting holes in them. They should pin the tags to the tag rather than through the material.

I had a wool doona dry cleaned, as it was affecting my breathing and triggering my asthma. After the dry clean, I had no problems. Staff and the service were very good. Recommended

Cleaned a black linen jacket that had rain stains on it making the colour run. It was brand new again after cleaning. Also excellent dry cleaning & repair of satin pants. Thanks a fantastic job!

My wife took our sons trousers in to be seamed, they quoted one price but it tripled when I went to pick them up. It could be a case of mis communication, but I felt that they didn't resolve the issue, it also feels like a case of entrapment. Be very specific when getting a quote for tailoring work I'd advise.

The sales person was rude and had attitude. She also overcharged. I wasn't going to argue with her. No point. Just don't use them.
