Once again, I have been severely let down by this uncompromising and unhelpful company. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO TO ANOTHER JEWELLER. I spent $950.00 on a Paloma Picasso Jug Pendant which has been designed VERY BADLY. The pendant comes loose from the chain and Tiffany would rather me lose the pendant and $950.00 - instead of inserting a TINY ring around the chain in order to secure it so that it does not fall off from the chain. Can you believe this? They claim it will compromise" their legal agreement with Paloma Picasso. What rubbish !! DON'T BUY THIS PIECE OF JEWELLERY WHATEVER YOU DO. I guarantee you will lose the jug pendant and be left with nothing. I have six pieces of Tiffany jewellery and I will NEVER buy another piece from this company or cross their doorstep again. It has been the worst jewellery experience of my life dealing with this uncaring and uptight company. VERY POOR FORM TIFFANY !!!The photo shows the chain just loosely hanging around the neck of the jug pendant. Move it ever so slightly

I bought a bracelet back in November last year. I had a lot of trouble with it breaking. I took it back a few times with not a lot of help. However I went back for the 3rd time and spoke to Carmel who was my saviour! She helped me with doing an exchange and helped me find the perfect, durable and affordable bracelet. The other worker Adam was great and even gave me a bag and box to take with me even though I was wearing it. The attention to detail was great and they were amazing at helping me. I’m going away in 2 days for a few months so they were determined to find me the right size that day. Such great help. Thankyou!

Went into a store like this for the first time today, never really been into the “luxury brand” side of life but wanted to spoil a close friend of mine. Everyone that I interacted with was an absolute gem, I ended up being served by Tommy and the willingness to go out of his way to make friendly conversation did not go unnoticed. The greeting at the store was absolutely great and have never felt so welcomed at a store… ever. Thank you!

I recently bought two gift pieces - I was served by Hetty Zhang on one day, and Tommy Stalley-Gordon on the second day. Was greeted well by both, treated courteously and efficiently, found the pieces I needed without problems, wrapping and presentation as expected from Tiffany. Emailed invoices also super useful. Thankyou guys!

Lovely shop but a pity that both the doorman and shop assistant were busy texting on their phones when my husband and I came in to purchase a gift card. Very unprofessional.
