Attended at short notice to purchase a cake for a birthday celebration.They had heaps in stock. For an extra charge they wrote a short note in cake icing on the cake which made the cake more personal.Easy access off Lower Dandenong Rd.Can park out front or in Warren Rd.No disabled car parking or toilets, not wheel chair friendly.They do specialty orders.

I’ve been buying pavlovas from this shop for many many years. Yesterday I bought one for my daughter’s 21st. Sadly it wasn’t what I expected. There was no fluffy white egg white filling. Just one thick, solid merengue base and a thin layer of fruit topping.Very disappointed.

I went in and ordered a cake online 3 days ago and when i went in to collect my cake the man said my cake hadnt been made yet. He went to the back and got a cake that i didnt even order and slapped on some decorations which were very slopply. The cake i ordered was $50 but the cake the man gave to me was $37. will NOT be going back.

We ordered the “A Little Bit Fancy Cake” from The Cheesecake Shop in Mordialloc as a birthday cake for my son’s birthday. The cake was AMAZING! Fresh, absolutely delicious (lovely light, flavorful sponge, caramel to die for, and a creamy yummy mousse), looked stunning, and came packaged in a beautiful presentation box tied up with a ribbon which made transporting and presenting the cake at the birthday a breeze. The pick up process at the store was seamless, and the staff were lovely. I would highly recommend this particular cake, and The Cheesecake Shop more generally for anyone looking for a party cake. Five stars!

Worst customer service ever. Pre ordered and paid for a cake. He literally got a stock cake and decorated it whilst I waited. He did an average job, my daughter fixed it when we got home! The guy was rude, arrogant and just dishonest . Would never recommend that store. Very unhappy

The cake I purchased for my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary was great. Good taste and lasted really well so we could finish it. Really good service in the Mordialloc store too.

I picked up a cake last Sunday for my son's birthday that I had ordered on line. When I arrived at the specified time the cake wasn't ready. I was left in the shop front for over 5minutes with no explanation as to why. When went straight home and placed the cake in fridge. When I took it out at dinnertime, the icing had all pooled inside the box. I'm assuming this is because it was iced when it was still warm. I sent an email asking the manager to please contact me to discuss this, I also included pictures of the cake. I was never contacted.Very disappointing, I will never go to this branch again.

We bought two cakes from this store last week, one on our sons birthday and one we had custom made for his party. Both were delicious and could not be faulted in any way, very light fluffy and full of flavour. Staff were very polite and ensured we got exactly what we wanted. Will definitely be back again. Keep up the great work!
