Dry cleaned a couple of Indian traditional sarees. They did a wonderful job with them. Will return again!

Recently moved, Tried this business for the first and last time. Customer service was terrible. the woman who served me when picking up my dry cleaning was rude and judgemental. I rushed from work to be there before they closed at 6pm and was on the phone to a colleague which I couldn’t hang up and call back. When speaking to the person I said sorry (for being on the phone) said please and thank you. After I paid over $130 I queried if I got a receipt… her response was ‘you do if you ask but youre on the phone… ‘ with the rudest attitude. In fact she told me I was rude for being on the phone.I know it wasn’t ideal but without knowing the circumstances and to be told so rudely. Have plenty of regular dry cleaning every month but won’t be going back.
