Love shopping at Millers.

On Thursday 13th December my friend and I were shopping in Millers Caloundra store at 9.30am. The sales person, Mandy was alone and extremely busy with customers and queries including my numerous questions. Mandy remained very calm and was able to not only answer my questions but guided me to the exact location of the item and went through the rack looking for the correct size. Although she had many customers Mandy was very professional and continually apologised to everyone for the delay in processing their purchases etc.If Millers had a customer service award, please make sure Mandy receives it as her courtesy, professionalism and happy and pleasant attitude make her an extremely good employee.Thank you.Sue GoodmanMountain Creek

This Company don't treat there staff with Respect & neither do there coworkers, our daughter worked here & covered many shifts when others couldn't & then she was belittled & verbally abused & called derogatory names in front of customers by an older coworker. Think twice before you let your own daughter work at this place as they'll most likely treat her like a doormat as well.
