I miss Ethan’s vibrant customer service from 2022, I wonder where he is now, Ferguson plarre airport west isn’t the same without his energy around and he was always up for a chat with his his customers weather he knew them by name or a new customer :(

We were at the Airport West Ferguson's on 16/1/21 and ordered 2 Apple slices and 2 pots of tea. The Apple slices were stale and definitely not fresh. I had to ask for the table to be cleaned.in which the spray was sprayed directly on to the table instead of the cloth. Table cleaning should be standard practice in the food industry. I was charged $19.60. No one else sat in the shop. It was so quiet. People just came to buy items to take away. I will not be back. Not impressed. Lost its mojo.

If I could give no stars I would. I called to see if I could organise a custom birthday cake for my partner to be picked up by Tuesday 3/01. I was told as it wasn't a big one to make I had until Wednesday 28/12 to place my order. TWICE I was told Wednesday was the cut off. Well....I tried ordering a day before the STATED cut off time and I was told it's passed the cut off time. Worst misleading service and now my partner will be without a birthday cake. this was my first time dealing with them and I could not recommend EVER coming here to organise a cake.

This place is a joke. I hope the owner takes these reviews seriously as I believe it's a detriment to their business. What a disappointment with the service that I experienced. The 2 young staff clearly didn't want to be there especially the young male.I hope he's not the owners son because if that was my son he'd be copping a nice swift slap to head as a wake up call to start being polite to customers!!!!I left feeling extremely deflated and disappointed never to return

I go there nearly every weekend with my daughter for coffee and cake though the coffee and cake there is a bit overpriced. Depends who you got there sometimes you got someone friendly. Sometimes you can get someone doesnt give a damn. Like today my chai latter was way too hot. Just had a one sip not only burn my tongue but also made me dropped the glass on the plate. No apology no offer for another one. Just plain rude. Paid for the coffee that i didnt even got the chance to drink it!!!! Not going back there anymore regardless my daughter like the biscuits there. I'm pretty sure there are plenty other places out there would appreciate a loyal customer more.

Very accommodating staff and delicious cakes! Made our isolation birthday celebration better after we got a cake delivered and they wrote “Happy Birthday” on the box. The birthday boy was stoked! Thank you!
