Very good coffee, on every visit. Our combined score tonight is 4.2 out of 5 which is certainly one of the highest, if not the highest combined scores we have ever given. Maybe it's just high spirits. It's my sidekick's birthday. Happy birthday Mark!

Not offering public toilet to a paying customer and suggesting they use hungry jacks is not acceptable for a 7 eleven. Please open up your toilet to your paying customers at least to avoid embarrassment and pain!

Very unimpressed. My car had broken down in Harbord Road and I was waiting for a tow truck. It was a hot day and I was intending to buy a couple of drinks and something to eat but needed to use the bathroom facilities first. Even although I explained that I had been driving for over an hour and had broken down I was refused access to a toilet. Not the usual co-operative style of service station I am used to.

They have the slowest 7/11 customer service ever.People fuel up before work and the employee working morning shifts rather stock up than coming to the customer.This is frustrating. People get late to work because of him.He works today (tues 16 nov 4am).

No chocolate powder for Cappuccino coffees. So many 7-Eevens do this! I'm positive they have it and just don't want to put it out for people to use.I always ask the staff too.Also this coffee machine is older and doesn't prompt you to select low fat milk before starting your coffee - you have to know to pre-select it.

This store has the worst customer service hanging out with there friends while working talk in the Indian language unreal before puting your items on the counter they wanna scan before you set it on the counter rubish rubish workers with no experience in customer service
