Just on a whim decided to see if I could find this place on Google and was able to.Went on a school trip here in 1998 and have nothing but fond memories of this place, other than my brother got lost in the bush one night and threw my favourite jacket over a cliff thinking he could climb down. They found him, I never saw my jacket again.

Not very interesting. Since the venue was only for 2 days, the most exciting activities were cut with some lame boring activities. As a vegan, I stood in a 30+ kids lunch line for kids with special diets just to be told You can have everything apart from meat." Just not my style."

I came here with Cooranbong Public School in 1986......very long time ago. I was in Yr6 at the time and came here for a 2wk camp. At first, I didn't really like being here, as I had never been away from family and simply wanted to go home. My teacher, Mrs Jones and the staff made it more calming, where I ended up making a friend from a different school and totally forgot about home! In my time here, I began enjoying what was on offer (fishing, a night camping up the mountain.....which was freezing as....although I had a high rated sleeping bag designed for the cold) Camping though was fantastic because we made Rice Cream over the fire, which is something actually like! I remember before leaving here, we had the option to buy souvenirs. I ended up buying a Aboriginal decorated boomerang for $10......which I later lost in my backyard at home..... couldn't find it anywhere! The worst part about leaving here, is the friends you make from the different schools because you don't see them again! But yeah, I enjoyed my time here!

It was amazing I went there on 1st April 2019 and it was a long trip. It was a cold trip. But the trip was worth it. The best part was the Food. The worst part the pool felt like 1 degree Celsius. My friend said my lips were turning PURPLE! The night games were amazing as well. I CAME 2ND in that game where you had to go to a corner. either clubs. hearts, diamonds or spades. I did terrible at the Scissors, Paper Rock thing. The disco was O.K. I totally forgot how to do the chicken dance. The food was delicious. I could've gobbled up thrice as much as i did. The sleeping was good as well. The first night, on my fitness tracker, it said i slept 5 hours...Also i was on the top bunk. Everyone was more active than the day at night. Well not really but they were chit chatting a lot. The carers here are really nice. Also people thought free time was straight after lunch. I was on duty on the 2nd day. It was 2 nights but the 2nd night... 1 of my friends told us that it was his birthday and who ever made him not sleep would not get a lolly bag. I was in Kookaburra lodge. Now archery, I was amazing, Bush-walking was good as well I should've put some insect repellent on me but i didn't. luckily i did not get leeches. 2nd day Beach Games and Caneoing was good i guess. i knew how to canoe. and Boomerang and fishing.. My boomerang didn't go so far. My fishing luck was off point. One of my friends caught a fish but ti was too small. After lunch we went home.. Wait the Flying Fox in the morning of the 2nd day. I went on the Flying Foxes obstacle course next to it 8 times. Also if you're a naturalist you'll ADORE this place. OK maybe not ADORE but there some biodiversity, if you're a guy who like clean stuff uuuuuuuuuuuh! maybe not come here I haven't been here for over a year now but still.

I stayed in this place recently and I don’t want to go back there place ever again. The lady who was serving the food was horrible. She served the kids food, that had fallen on the table. She even said “Some people don’t use plates. They eat from the floor!”She was so mean and racist. In there, all meal were so poor and tasteless. In the end the principle said to us “You can tell your parents how much great time you had there!!”to brainwash us. I do not recommend this place. It is very bad…
