Wilson Park is lovely spot to break our journey over the mountains. There are picnic tables and while the toilets are a bit basic they are always clean

Tourists and more tourists on weeekends and holidays....pass on this one except on weekdays when the Sydney crowd are not around.

Typical park. Has a few shelters, play equipment. No BBQ's ( would be great though). Toilet block, sadly they were closed.Lots of room to run and play. Tennis court ( book ahead).It is just off the GWH , however it is far enough to be relaxing and quiet.

Good park with a few tables, decent kids play equipment with a recently replaced swing set. Note that as of June 2021, the Charles Darwin walk is still closed due to flood damage, hopefully it will open soon as it's a great family bush walk when its open.

Cute small park with some beautiful green trees. Kids friendly and have a kids playground, small cabana type shelters for small functions. Dog friendly.Public toilet available

Good little spot to stop if need be for lunch with family whilst travelling. Ample parking and tables to sit at. Has a toilet block and walking paths. Watch out for Magpies around this time of the year (September), they are out and about and may swoop.
