Good food. Clean. Takes a bit of a time to come after ordering. The best part is that they have a parking. You can park for 90 mins max.

Went through the drive through after ordering on the app on sat and although we put it through prior to breakfast cut off the app didn't send it through on time. Massive kudos to the manager at the time, he was so compassionate and understanding and gave incredible customer service.

Food was Cold, Drinks were warm. Chips had no salt on them and placed in bag upside down so they spilled out everywhere. Ordered 3 sauces which were not put into the bag. Terrible service with no customer skills.

The touch screens take away an opportunity for staff to interact with customers. However, food delivery to my table was quick and friendly. The staff member was keen to make sure my order was correct and offered to make the order right if not. The fries and burger were fresh and the right temperature. My table was clean and comfortable. For a Maccas experience, this was above average for the fast food icon.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in my life. The staff here are careless, especially in the kitchen. Food is never made correctly and the orders are wrong 8 times out of 10, and I mean WRONG...Can’t even get a basic quarter pounder right..I just had one which for some reason had lettuce, a slice of tomato, mcchicken sauce and 8 pickles, like is it a joke?Don’t waste your money making customisations because they never adhere to them from my experience.Think again when you order seasonal menu items, they’re never right.Also, IF YOU ORDER ANYTHING ON THE BREAKFAST MENU WITH EGG, BE WARNED AND EXPECT EGGSHELLS. I’m not talking a little flake of an eggshell…it’s huge amounts. I’ve had almost half an eggs shell once, it’s pure negligence.Makes you wonder the food hygiene standards going on here.Seriously, sort yourself.

Every single time I have ordered food from this McDonald’s it has been wrong or items have been missed. Even when I order a cheeseburger on its own it still won’t have onion or pickes on it! Read the order receipts properly and double check the order it is beyond frustrating when you have not once successfully delivered the correct order

This is the worst in the chain I have been to. Not a one off experience. 2 years of collecting data. Zero customer service, zero care, lacking attention to orders (particularly in drive through). If you have to drive 10km out of your way to the nearest McDonalds, you will appreciate the effort and outcome. Do not go to Albion.

So I ordered Uber eats and omg yus queen so good! So many m n ms in the McFlurry and although they said on my bag have a lovely day and it is night time so it should have been have a lovely night, soooo good omg yus #mclovinit

The food takes SO LONG to come out and why are the fries all brittle crunchy with no salt?!?If you are here in person you can see there are loads of staff, but not a whole lot of customers so why does it take so long??I understand ok maybe some online orders, some drive through. Hardly any drive through because it is visible from inside the store. And if it were online orders, a food delivery guy would still have to come collect the orders right? But waiting for the items that has taken more than half an hour, only one delivery driver came in.
