Cooper Park
This little gem is not known by many and totally underrated. Such a peaceful, tropical piece of paradise that makes you feel like you’re in the middle of a rainforest although you’re just next to the busy junction. I also love that they’ve set up a “take it slow for a mo’” trail to reconnect with yourself and recharge. Absolutely stunning and worth a visit!

A group walk from Bondi Junction, through to Cooper's Park, Double Bay & Rosebay. With beautiful sunny day, albeit the fact that it was windy, was still a fantastic day to spend time with friends.

The entrance to this hike can be difficult to find so see pictures. Overall it’s a nice hiking trail tucked away near Double Bay with a small waterfall that is suitable for 3-7 olds. Aside from the trail, it links up to a kids playground, tennis courts and picnic spots. Lots of wildlife can be found here from birds, bats, snakes etc. Good spot for a nature break in the Eastern Suburbs.

Very large park, it has the feeling of a reserve with it's many tracks, stairs, little creeks and bridges. Its a real pitty that it is overrun with invasive plants especially Tradescantia Fluminensis (small leaf spiderwort).

A hidden forest adventure right next to Bondi Junction. Complete work burbling streams and rock bridges, dragonflies and a kookaburra or two. Great for the family and dog friendly.

Absolutely beautiful!! Wonderful place to walk your dog, or just walk. Tall trees, waterfalls, a relaxing little creek. Can hardly believe it's tucked away right in the middle name the eastern suburbs.

Gorgeous park that is perfect for families. There is a tennis club and kids playground at one and and hiking trails closer to old South head road. Dog friendly and lots of shaded areas.
