Good venue. Canteen needs more items though and a BBQ is always good

Great place for kids to let off a bit of steam.

Was late for a Saturday afternoon 4th grade match after the team captain “Flipper” forgot to pick me up on his way to the game. “Flipper” got his name because he once bowled a flipper or so he says. I’m yet to see it.After many phone calls to friends that all were at the beach enjoying a great afternoon of sunshine, I resorted to calling Jess, an old flame that never really burnt out. Anyway, Jess picked me up and I made it to the game only to be told I’d been promoted up the batting order to 6 after an impressive 18 the week before.After much banter from the fielding team about my need to get a new watch to get there on time, I played the innings off a lifetime, scoring an impressive 47 on a pitch doing plenty. I came off at the end of my innings, thinking I’d done enough to finally impress Jess, the girl of my dreams, only to see Jess and Flipper leaving together.The day ended how it started. Being let down by Flipper.Thankfully I was able to wait in the shade of a beautiful tree for my mates to leave the beach and pick me up on the way. Good ground. Pitch offers something for the batters and bowlers. Good contest.

Oval was nice and green. Walk the dog around the perimeter.

Well kept, plenty of bins and generally nice locals.

No public toilets! This doesn't rate.

A lot of broken glass, but a pretty good field. You can also scoot around it.

A great walk

It's an oval but there is no parking nearby as the Council locks the gate to the Carpark. Why is that??

DO NOT PARK THERE! Signs & WEB dont show closing times. If you get locked in you foot the bill & it's extremely unsafe.
