Nice hilly tracks along the creeks in one of the last remnant pockets of tall blue gum trees and home of the powerful owl. Makes for an enjoyable local bushwalk with multiple entrances.

Live right round the corner, great place to walk the dog and some of the tracks lead to dog parks. Great experience. I've grown up in the place, used to the nature. I realise now I take it for granted, the beautiful trees and birds.

So quiet and so close to suburbia... parts are steep for elderly or children

I can't recommend this track for people outside the area. First of all, there's no sign as to where the track begins. I had to stumble across it down an unmarked worn path. The walk itself is pleasant with trees offering ample shade and the sound of running water from a few streams adding to the tranquility. However, there are many paths on the track with no signs, and since it's not a loop, you may get lost on your way back to where you parked. There are also a lot of muddy patches and loose sticks along the track. It just feels very poorly maintained. I don't know why there are signs that the area is being rehabilitated when it already seems overgrown.

A wonderful walk, lots of birdlife and stunning walks. There are many tracks to wander along, from big gums to rainforest tracks that meandering alongside of a stream. Keep your eye out for the black cockatoo, kookaburras and there is an owl that nests there also. Definitely worth your time.

Can't believe this is in the middle of Sydney. Some great tracks. Some nicely challenging. Great escape in the heart of the City.

This walk is better than I expected! And no litter to pick up which was nice. It's like a mini rainforest.

Fantastic walk track and beautiful views. Fun fact about the trail though, it got the name because after my ex-wife Karen made me watch young sheldon i travelled to the U.S and kidnapped the kid so i could bury him alive somewhere - it was at this track lmao, thus the name. If you come here on the anniversary of his burial, 16th Sept, you can here his spirit correcting hikers mid conversation still

It's a nice and easy track at the first 20mins walk from the Warragal Road entry. However once you go deep into the forest, you can get lost because there are many side tracks without any sign to tell you where the track goes. It gets creepy in certain area because the sunlight are blocked by the dense trees like real rain forest. Luckily there are always local people walking by to make it less scary.
