Symbio Wildlife Park
A really great ‘little’ suburban wildlife park. And that’s what it is, a wildlife park. The Park’s amenities have been recently updated, so there’s no better time to go than now!!You get up close to the animals and can feed a lot of them too.And it’s just a short 30 drive south of Sydney.A great place for all the family - young and old.

Want to see kangaroos, koalas, wombats, wallabies, dingoes and other Australian animals up close? Even feed some of them of your hand? Then Symbio is where you want to go. This small, delightful, park is simply a joy to visit.

Friendly staff, clean facilities and reasonably priced food. The ‘meet a koala’ experience was great, with a knowledgeable and warm keeper. The captive animals appear healthy and well cared for, however, the ignorant visiting humans feeding chips and other unsuitable food to the local cockatoos seems to be making them sick. There were no signs around the picnic areas advising visitors not to feed the local wildlife- surprising given the opportunity to educate the less intellectually gifted patrons.Lovely animals, shame about the humans.

This was a fantastic experience. We happened to drive past so stopped in last minute and certainly weren’t expecting to see such a variety of amazing wildlife! The park itself is lovely, very open and spacious, easy to navigate and there are a number of picnic spots. Feeding the animals was an absolute highlight. Loved it!

Great experience at Symbio. Staff were friendly and the animal enclosures were large and well maintained. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the farmyard area. The goats had grass and their indoor space to use. Everything smelt clean. The playground is a huge bonus too! It definitely topped our day.

Little place to spend the day with family, but not worth the trip all the way from Sydney. My little one had a great day though and enjoyed the playground!Once we visited Symbio lots of areas were under construction. Staff were great with the kids and very informative.Feeding lamas, kangaroos, goats, ships...were the best part of the trip.

Had a great day, wandering around the zoo! There is some construction going on but it doesn't get in the way of enjoying the zoo, there were a lot of shows and demonstrations throughout the day too, with plenty of opportunities to get up close to and pet many different animals, ranging from reptiles to farm animals and everything between!I'll be heading back there once the construction is finished to experience the new animals too!

What an update! We had so much fun at Symbio and enjoyed all the new updates made. Kangaroo feeding still a highlight for small an big kids. Plenty of other Australian animals to see as well. The water park was such a great surprise!

Took my niece and nephews here for the day.Their ages range from 14 to 5 and they all loved it.Lots of animals to see and you can actually see them. Most animals were quite active. They loved being able to feed some of the kangaroos.Lots of picnic tables to sit at and the kids had a ball at the waterpark.Informative talks from the keepers as well.Highly recommend.
