Camperdown Memorial Rest Park
It's a very common park. But it's so near to King Street in Newtown and you can have a quick stop here. The weather was beautiful and I got to see some birds here at the park. It was quite and serene... I was at peace having some thoughts, sitting here. There were some people and families came by. The park itself was not that clean, though.It's a nice park to just chill and have your own snacks and drinks here.

Lovely, quiet park in the heart of busy Newtown. Perfect children's playground and picnic spot. Lots of shops nearby for excellent food and coffee.

Lovely park but minimal shade. Parking gets snapped up early. Fenced playground, accessible toilets (not the cleanest) and a off leash area

It's nice to sit down after a few hours in the museum.Not a very extensive menu but decent quality at affordable prices.A bit stingy on the buyer and jam with the toasted sourdough.Staff really friendly and promote service.

Has a children playground nearby and surrounded with green park. Great for family outdoor activities and picnic. Beautiful street art on the walls too. There are various interesting street art murals at the nearby streets too.

If you want to see multicolour poodles and all sorts of dogs go here. Great park, next to the cemetery which I love. Well lit at night. Good kids playground.

Camperdown Memorial Rest Park
It is a very beautiful park to come alone, as a couple, as a family, with your pet or a group of friends, a large space and many trees, adequate lighting at night, it has public toilets, dog drinking fountains, a fenced area for children's games and sandboxes highly recommended.
