Private golf course i was greeted by friendly staff. The course was a challenging layout slick greens. Fairways a tad underdone, Pizza Bar was closed grumble grumble.Wish the locals would repair their divots and pitch marks... don't get me started on the raking the bunkers... lazy buggers.. these the reasons for only 4 stars..

I Came to play golf, and it's always a challenge, and the course was looking good. And greens were fast and true.More of a function centre though.

I played a round of Golf today with my friend and we were shocked at how run down the course was.The greens around the club house were fine, obviously for the benefit of wedding guests etc but, once you're out of view, it was really disappointing. There are a couple of holes (the 18th being one) that have trees and bushes so overgrown, they block your view so you have to guess where to drive the ball. It's dangerous as well because if anyone happened to be walking by, you'd never see them. We had balls hitting trees behind us a couple of times from players who simply couldn't see us to shout fore".The fairways were like the rough and we actually lost balls in areas you really shouldn't because the grass was so long. The sand traps haven't see fresh sand for a very long time either.Charging $50 per player for a course in that state

My husband and I were married at The Springs in May of this year and it was perfect! I would highly recommend The Springs to anyone thinking of getting married or hosting an event. Only an hour outside of Sydney it is well located for people to stay for the weekend or just drive up for the day.The venue itself is beautiful and provided a lush green backdrop for our ceremony on the deck under the marquee. Once inside the event centre has so much character and style that not much is needed to dress it up for a wedding. Situated facing west you get some stunning pictures during the golden hour of sunset which our photographer loved. The Elizabeth and the staff at The Springs were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and I didn't have to stress on the day at all as Elizabeth ran it flawlessly, communicating with my other vendors and offering me her assistance in any way she could. She also answered my 5,000 questions promptly and in great detail.I know a lot of people don't remember their food at most weddings as there is so much else going on, but the food was delicious and I actually can't wait to go back there to eat again!I would like to say a big thank you to The Springs, the owners and the staff for making our big day better then I ever could have imagined!

I did a live wedding painting here last month and I had so much fun painting the beautiful landscape! It was really inspiring and thankfully, the rain stopped just before the ceremony began. The staff are also lovely, and it was easy to find the ceremony location. I also love places that have a ramp for easy access from the parking lot, as I have a heavy trolley.

The restaurant is well adorned and the staff are very helpful, the backdrop of the golf course is also very nice.I ordered the roast lamb and spiced carrots, I wouldn’t recommend it. For $38 I’d expect more than lamb and carrots. All in all, it’s fine for drinks but the food could deliver more value for money.

I recently photographed a wedding at The Springs and I had the best experience there. The staff we very friendly and helpful and the place is modern and beautiful. It is a beautiful Golf Club wedding venue. You have your wedding ceremony on a grass area overlooking the golf course. And then you take a golf buggy and drive around the property for photos. Its awesome. The wedding reception facilities are excellent and the wedding went perfectly. Can't wait to get back there for more weddings.
