NAILS - only had acrylics and have always been good qualityEYELASHES - Came out looking nice. Very thick eyelash used and only lasted a week!SERVICE - This is where this place drops the game. A few of the women who work her are lovely. Others make you feel like a burden.Don't not come here if you want a relaxing time.They will sigh, use thier phones and jump between customers. Very unwelcoming environment.I recently got eyelash extension from here and they literally blinded me with the light even though my eyes were closed. I honestly think it could have done so serious damage to my eyes if I were to have tried to put up with it..I asked her to move the light to which she sighed and did not move it.I had to sit up and tell her I would have to leave if she couldn't move it because it was that bad!She finally moved the light and proceeded to sigh, roll her eyes at get on with the job.Normally I find extension quite relaxing but not here.The door was open so I could hear everything and everyone could see me. Also her phone kept getting messages every 10 seconds and she would frequently stop to text!She also kept the box of eyelash resting against my face the whole time which was very annoying.Over all the eyelashes came out good but it was not a nice relaxing treatment at all!They also have recently swapped over to cash only which makes me suspect they are dodging tax to which i am report to ATO.Would not recommend going here.

They are so rude. The lady literally rolled her eyes at me and charged me $25 for TWO nails??? It's a joke. I'm never going back there again and everyone I know isn't either. You'd think if you hated the job that much to roll your eyes you wouldn't do it.

Worst customer service experience of my life, The lady that did my nails was so rude and disrespectful, She had an attitude from the very start as soon as I walked in for no reason! she kept rolling her eyes and having an attitude she cut three of my fingers did not even ask for my preference on how I want my nails done. Was slamming everything in rolling her eyes every two seconds! And gasping as well as wekk as speaking in her own language which I recognise was about me! At the end even though I felt so disrespected I said thank you she rolled her eyes and walked away! When I called back to talk to someone about the situation they handed the phone to her she hung up in my face twice! If you are in a customer service based industry and you want to treat people like that don’t expect them to come back!

I have been getting Shellac nails at different Salons for years and occasionally SNS.I decided to try SNS at this Salon. Firstly, they applied it very thick when I specifically asked them not to and secondly, they used a UV lamp. It didn’t register with me at first but a few days later I realised that SNS does not require a UV lamp which led me to believe that they are advertising and charging for SNS when it is not SNS.When it came time to remove the “SNS” I asked for Shellac. Within 3 days the Shellac had already chipped on most of my fingers so I went back and asked for a refund to which they refused and said they’d re-do it.They argued with me that the reason it hasn’t lasted very long is because I had SNS prior and I am comparing the two. I told them I’ve had Shellac for years so I am very familiar with how long Shellac lasts.This is the first time I have made a complaint about their service even though I have actually been here a number of times in the past and have been unhappy with their product/service then.I live locally and it’s convenient to come here but I will not be coming back again and I hope this review encourages women to make sure the product and service they’re paying for is the genuine product and not an inferior one.

Got a pedicure.The lady did an ok job but I did bleed twice.

They pushed me for an eyelash lift. I have never had one before, i have a wedding to go to, and thought why not may as well.They ruined my eye lashes! My left eyelashes are that curled over like pig tails, my right eyelashes are all pointing out to the side.Never again.. dont go here. You will hate yourself.

They are overpriced. Charge $50 for a nail acrylic.Very rude and keep their eyes rolling and sigh a lot. Also they will make fun of you talking in their own language in front of you.Not to mention they ever don’t accept their mistake if anything goes wrong with the nails or nail paint.Pushy for shellac instead of normal nail paint. Undoubtedly we need another salon in the area.

The lady that did my eyebrows could not have cared less! There are still random hairs hanging around, they are visibly uneven, and she dropped hot wax in my hair! Definitely am NOT going back!!
