I always enjoy my experience at Urban Spa, the therapists are professional and the rooms comfortable.

My mother and I have been here a few times and it is great. The team are very welcoming, professional and customer focused. We booked a Christmas special which included a foot massage, facial, back/shoulder/neck massage a few years ago and only used it recently - it was very relaxing. The only issue around the area is parking but the girls were helpful in guiding us on where to park. If public transport was a suitable option for us (being in South East Sydney) we would take it but is a bit too far for us. Would recommend this place to anyone interested in pampering themselves or a loved one - but try to take public transport if possible. Highly recommend the team here - they are experts!

Always a great experience. I understand the staff are trying hard to accommodate all clients and fulfill commitments by the previous owner so they are super busy and sometimes, despite all efforts, things go awry. Nevertheless, this doesn’t detract from the quality of service, professionalism and attention all staff provide. I am very pleased to highly recommend.

Had a wonderful microdermabrasion session here - on a day when my face really needed the work! I was gently welcomed to the salon and following an efficient consultation my therapist got to work. Lovely products (their own brand) were used throughout the treatment. It was so good I fell asleep during the massage! Highly recommend!
