This is a spectacular part of the world. So much amazing coral reef right off the beach. Very accessible. Some cool walks too.It is often very windy here though which can make camping a bit rough. Caravans have no problem but tents or canvas camper trailers suffer.Still, it's probably worth it.Some bookings need to be done well in advance but you can also keep an eye on the sites for cancellations. Does mean moving around a bit , but if you're travelling without much of a plan this can work out.

Love this place and the Ningaloo Reef. Sooooooo much to do here in the National Park. You need to buy a WA National Park day pass, or buy an annual pass via RAC for 50% off ($60).Camping, fishing, swimming, snorkelling, spear fishing, bush walking, surfing, watch turtle nesting, boat ramp, tours and a beautiful fringe reef right off the beach.About 60km bitumen road to Yardie Creek, but 4wd needed to go on sand.So many great camping areas all along the coastline. $11 per adult or $7 concession per night. Bookings must be done online. Telstra reception scattered, so book beforehand.Turquoise Bay & Sandy Bay are spectacular.

Definitely worth a drive to see the sunrise at the top of the canyon. 2nd turn off as you're heading out of town. The 1st turn off takes you for a scenic 4wd trip along the canyon floor. Lots of caves and scenery

An absolutely amazing experience travelling through here. True beauty and a must visit place for all. Allow one week to cover Exmouth and Coral Bay. Snorkelling here is unreal.

Heaven on earth. So much to do here: a little hiking on the beautiful gorges of Charles knife, snorkelling on the beautiful Ningaloo reef, kayaking, admiring the most beautiful creatures of the ocean, fishing, having the most stunning beach just for you to swim and relax. The whole park is well preserved and it is a pleasure to spend holidays here.

We stayed at Osprey Bay and our campsite was within walking distance of the beach.Stunning ocean views.Table set up for perfect viewings of the stunning sunsets.Good (non smelly) eco toilets set up.It was blowing a gale while we were there though so not the best for snorkelling. Can't control the weather though. The other bays (especially Turquoise Bay) were stunning too!!

Follow park rules. The coral reef beaches are popular. Plan what shade you will take, you need it between swims in the coral reef gardens. Take water. You get thirsty. The distances between the beaches/sites from Exmouth are deceptively long. Exmouth information centre has excellent info and directions concerning the park. If you are up this way, be sure to bring your snorkeling gear. You will have fun.
