Rossiter Park

Brought my dog and 3 yr old here. They both had a great time and loved the rock/spider wall

My absolute favourite place on the river. Wonderful any time of day, always a few people running, walking, swimming, meeting up but never crowded. So underrated.

Nice sitting area bbq's if needed.saw some kookaburras come down to our table for a snack or should I say they helped themselves

Beautiful park, plenty of BBQ facilities and heaps of shade

There is an off leash area for dogs. BBQ areas, shade trees and easily accessible parking. Also solid gazebos with tables and seats. Public toilets and secure play area for children.

Great place to take the kids, big shady trees, little kids playground, climbing wall and net is challenging to try and get all the way around, basketball 1/2 court , swings. Drinking water fountains. Toilets were clean along with other amenities such as BBQ’s. Pontoon on water to see turtles and ducks and other birds.

Grandson (2.5 yrs) loved playground, running up & down grassy slopes & walking along cement garden edges. He found a dog dish with water under water fountain.My mum's church folk had a morning tea we attended under big shady trees.Cement Paths were great for the wheel chair I am operating at the moment.Great for wheelie walkers too. One dear older lady just walked over & back to the toilet block close by.There were young boys using the jetty/pontoon & swing into river. We observed 3 girls carrying a kayak & surfboard down to the river from the car park.Great picnic spot.We used to ride our bikes along the bike paths mext to river.Great morning had by all!

rossiter park is famialy & pet playground. clean toilets play area for the kids with walking tracks. nice place to relax with friends & famialy.

Lovely park, great dog park too. Beautiful trees, good seating and of course the river.. .what more could one want?

Nice spot to take the kids for a BBQ, walk along the beautiful Ross River or relax on the well maintained lawns.Large fenced kids play area with swings and a climbing station with a sandpit.Toilets are close by near the turtle statue along with more adult sized swings.Climbing wall and basketball half court complete this as a great free adventure.Parking is plentiful in the carpark or on the street.
