My Father has recently been in this Hospital. I cannot speak more highly of the professional, sympathetic care afforded to myself and my dying Father. The Nurses and Medical staff treated my Father and myself with the utmost care and empathy, respect. Unfortunately my Father passed away yesterday, but with dignity and care.

No one enjoys being in hospital but i thought the team in the ED were very attentive and nice people. Thanks for keeping an eye on me today. Zoe is a fantastic nurse, was reassuring when I was a little anxious. Enjoy your Christmas Zoe and thanks again!

A loved one passed away here recently, it was a very difficult and sad time for the family. It was also difficult for the dedicated team of Doctors , Nurses , Allied Heath and Support Staff. I personally just wanted to say Thank You to you all. Public Country Hospitals don't have the resources of the regional and city hospitals, however they do have a very personalised approach.

Just visiting for a couple of days and my wife had a nasty fall, paramedics took her to Bilo hospital. Wonderful treatment and care from the staff there. Thank you to Dr Gupta and all your staff involved in her care, credit to you all.

Would give less if I could. If you value your health and life DONT USE BILOELA HOSPITAL.....Useless unhelpful and really rude staff tried to get help with health and just got turned away this isn't the first time either. Don't bother trying to put in a complaint cause they don't listen or give a damn.
