We absolutely love coming here. We are locals and regulars and this is solely down to the great service, staff and lovely view.Food was as would expect in a club, was delicious but nothing to really write home about.Cold beers, great service, lovely view. Can't ask for much more.

Come here often for the pizza special night. The view is really nice and the food is served in large quantities and taste delicious. The customer service is also not bad, recommend it over other clubs in the Gungahlin region.

Great environment, nice selection of quality meals BUT waiting in lines & missing out on the time with my guests for 20 minutes seemed pointless when there is clearly an app based ordering system in place. Also sitting amongst our entree & main plates while eating dessert and coffee - we moved them to another table and they then sat beside use while the more than ample staff of duty had a nice catch up. Maybe a time and motion study and team chat is in order......

Food and service was exceptional. Would be helpful to have hard copy drinks menu at table. Love idea of being able to order at table but it only offered drinks. Booths are very cozy but the seat width is not made for Australian bodies.

What a lovely place to have dinner. I don't have kids, but the kids eat free" deal is amazing. You don't get that many places anymore. We ordered a Pepperoni pizza (bloody spicy) and a Hawaiian pizza. Both were lovely! The staff were delightful!As a side note

Delicious food, everything was perfect - chips tasted so yummy and fresh compared to other places, salad is nicely made, and chicken schnitzel with the Swiss cheese I think it was - yummmm! and great vibe to come enjoy with the family. Also a great place where you can move into the next section after dinner where the cafe is and order a coffee and enjoy a nice view.

We enjoyed a lovely, well priced, dinner for my birthday recently. I appreciated using my $10 birthday discount as a member.We requested a window table and this was available for us. The views across to the golf course are delightful. The staff were all very friendly and approachable.

I often have lunch at the Ainslie club but my experience at Gungahlin Lakes was more favourable. First of all, the wonderful view and atmosphere! Also the lunch menu had several lower price specials which were different to what is offered at Ainslie. The only negative note was that a curry ordered by one of our group was very hot and spicy, though she had been told by the attendant that it would be mild. She was unable to eat it and had to order another meal, but she was not offered a discount on the second meal, which would have been a kind gesture.

As always, my friend and I really enjoyed our lunch at the Lakes. The staff are always welcoming and smiling (from reception through to bar and wait staff) and services is quick and efficient. Delicious food and beautiful views. Parking is easy and plentiful. We were especially impressed to see an employee with Downes Syndrome working in the bistro and doing a fabulous job. Congratulations to the Lakes Club on being an inspirational employer!
