Not all soul origin are made equal. Soul origin at plenty valley is far superior to the one at Pacific Epping. Great service, coffee, and food. Great vibes. My wfh lunch go-to. Soul origin is the soul reason (pun intended) I'm having much healthier lunch options these days.The only issues I had with soul origin is with their HQ, specifically their tech around their loyalty program failing spectacularly. App crashes, links don't load. Missed out on 3 scans because of this. Get a physical regular card.

Soul Origin made my day.Firstly, excellent service. The Asian guy who served me (sorry didn't get your name) was super helpful, upbeat and had the same attitude with every customer. Secondly, great offering of healthy and delicious foods and value for money prices. Lastly, conveniently located in the food court at Westfield and well presented. Your signage drew me in and impressed me with how clean the food and counters looked. Keep up the good work

A quick bite on the run this morning, literally grabbed it and jumped back in the car for a drive across Melbourne. Coffee and a piece of banana bread. Coffee was very good and the banana bread tasted fresh. Service was fast and staff friendly. I’ve had their soup here before- chicken and corn which is very nice. Like their environmentally friendly containers. However, I’d brought my own and hey were happy to fill it. Thanks.Great selection of healthy options here and you can dine in or takeaway.Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking at Westfield.

Soul Origin coffee used to be ok- now not so muchThis morning's at Sth Morang was stale and milky tasteless- when your working the espresso machine you've got to use it's full potential and provide customers with a good espresso !!!!

I'm a little bias, but the only place for a decent feed and coffee from the SO franchise in the area. The PV store team are friendly, efficient and hardworking. Matcha/lattes always top-notch here. Shoutout to the whole team here, legit legends!
