Coffee machine consistently out of order during peak periods. Consistently out of Iced Coffee cups. Either out of stock of sugar for coffees or the sugar has a listed Best Before date which has passed. During peak periods expect to wait for your coffee as there is only one machine.

Worst seven eleven I have ever need too doesn’t even mark times off on their sausage rolls so you can’t tell they went off 7 hours ago. No one that works here has a bar of customer service . As a former employee I’m disappointed

5 star customer service from a gentleman that works in the evening that is so genuinely friendly and polite it’s a pleasure stopping here.The store offers the usual petrol station products, service at other times is average. I’m half expecting that someone looking for exceptional service staff will offer this gentleman employment else where.

Never written a negative review in my life. I always give people the benefit of the doubt but I am really upset with my treatment today at this 7 Eleven. I was not acknowledged my entire visit and yes that includes the checkout. I walked up to the counter and greeted the lady working. The lady scanned my items without even looking me in the eye once and simply nudged her head at the counter when payment was ready. I asked for cash out, she said how much, I said 100, she declined, I said is 50 ok then?, she nodded once and pointed back at the machine for me to pay. She gave me cash and my items then I left. Not once was I looked in the eye or even spoken to without about it, in fact she was extremely rude the entire time. I completely understand people have bad days but it’s important to try and not treat people badly that had nothing to do with it. If you can go to your shift, you can treat your customers with basic human decency.

Friendly service but Every time I experienced pies are very hard to eat … they won’t follow the time code.. I experienced 3 times. Time code If 1 hr delay is fine but I came at 9:30 pm but pie expired at 12 pm it’s nearly 15 hrs still in the oven ..

If I could give less stars I would. The worker (named Gorman apparently) was SO RUDE. They could see I was struggle to juggle my purchases, bag and child and rolled their eyes at me!

I had bought a double choc smoothie for my daughter and there was still ice and wasn’t even mixed right.

I have never met a more rude customer service operator in my life. I went today to get iced coffee on long drive. I walk to fridge to get 2 cups when elderly Asian lady screams “NO”. I had not said a word. I look up shocked and she yells again at me. I say sorry what do you mean no. She yells again something about machine can’t understand her than yells no again. I grab some milk and purchase at counter and she grunts the amount to which I say you are not being very polite. You shouldn’t yell at your customer. She gives me a death stare and turns away. Will never return i would rather die of thirst. Incredibly rude

Staff are generally nice. However, store can do with a little more cleaning. Coffee area is always needing a wipe down and bins near pumps always over flowing. Not a good look when staff are on their mobile phones..

The petrol price here is good. However, the older Asian lady doesn't have any skills of customer services. Someone is saying the same thing in here. She should take a customer service training! I had a terrible experience, so I don't use this place.
