The staff here are fantastic and really helpful. If you need any help with your pets this is the place to go!They went out of their way to help me. I’m a goldfish enthusiast and I had a fish that was aggressive. I initially asked for them to take it off my hands and give it a good home. What they did was much more generous.It was an expensive fish so they ordered a similar breed for me and swapped it for free. The fish I ended up getting was absolutely amazing. This kind gesture was totally unexpected and out of good will. I have bought a lot of supplies for my fish here which has always been good value.Between the helpful nature of the owners, their generosity, the high quality and range of supplies they offer I would highly recommend this shop.Big thumbs up and ten out of ten from me :)

My go to pet store for top quality treats for my hound Ziggy. Very reasonably priced, excellent range and Patricia the owner is lovely and very knowledgeable They are a smaller pet store, but will happily order anything in which they don't have on hand. They take phone orders and are happy to deliver to local areas depending on the size of the order.

As an owner of Four cats I am always looking for interactive toys to keep my Kitties amused. I have never seen such a great range of cat toys and accessories in one shop. The sales people are fantastic with great knowledge and expertise.You can see that they love what they do and they are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this great pet shop to everyone.They truly care about you and your pets ..Well done. you guys are heaps better then the other multi national pet stores.

We adopted our rescue puppy, Lucky, when he was 6 months old. We hired a trainer as he expressed symptoms of anxiety. This was disastrous as it only brought out other behaviour issues with the dog and the trainer then chose to no longer help us. The team at Edgecliff Pets suggested we use three products: a toy with Pheromone drops, a Pheromone collar and Canine Tranquility treats. These products definitely helped, and within several weeks we started seeing a huge improvement which then enabled us to train him properly ourselves. Lucky is now 5 years old and he’s the most adorable, obedient and loving dog.

We bought some fish from here and the owner was absolutely lovely and so helpful. One of the fish was quite agressive and dominant and so I called them to ask for a suggestion and she offered to bring the fish back for a refund. She also suggested we bring the others of that kind back too as they may take place as top dog" when the other one has gone. I was so impressed with this service. Very friendly and competent service . The staff helped us test out a few different harnesses on our 8 month old puppy, and we're very happy with how he's walking on the one we choose. He loved the store too. Thank you!

Genuinely lovely and welcoming customer service from Patricia and her team, who are always helpful with our needs for our pet bearded dragon. Great place. I found the perfect harness for my kitten Tigger and got a goodies bag of treats to help him feel good useing it. It just worked and I am very happy to recormend these lovely couple. True Animal loversTigger in his harnes after 12 hours

We love Edgecliff pets! They’re so lovely, and always ready to help. The dog treats and dog food range is absolutely amazing and so extensive. When we bring our dog they always remember his name and there’s always a treat waiting! We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
