Extremely happy with Smiths Air Conditioning service. Just googled services on the Sunshine Coast and only looked at some repairers locally however on reading Brock Smith’s Web Site and the good reviews attached without even pursuing any of the listed alternative companies for quotes Etc I phoned Brock for advice. Our air conditioner was quite old and unfixable and the quote for replacing and fitting new unit considered very good. Went ahead with Brock Smith for the work. Great job and everything cleaned up afterwards. Recommended to all.Desmond Limpus, Buderim Qld.

Brock was amazing!! He tried to resolve by troubleshooting over the phone first, saving us money. We needed a new system installed and he took care of everything. Got us the best available price on a new system and installed promptly. Very professional and also very flexible to suit customers needs. Highly recommend.

I contacted Smith’s air conditioning company when my unit was not turning on and displaying a code. Rather than come out and charge me, Brock simply asked for a picture of the unit and helped me re set the electrical system. Thank you for your assistance and saving me $$$. I would certainly call them again if I needed any servicing :)

Easy to contact, quick response and a fantastic service. Brock and his team are great at cleaning aircons. We had ours cleaned at the beginning of the year but were not happy with the outcome so we decided to use Smiths Air Conditioning Services. The amount of dirt they were able to find and remove was outstanding. Finally some clean air. Amazing attention to detail.

I came across Smith's Air Conditioning when on line looking for a repairer for my ducted air conditioner. Brock assisted without delay demonstrating good tradesman skills diagnosing the problems arranging the required parts and fitting. My system now works making the house very comfortable.
