Grace Creche & Kindergarten

My time at Grace has been a remarkable experience over the past 2 years. My child has flourished due to the caring and loving educators that are at Grace. Thanks for being an amazing Kindergarten.

Great little childcare with lovely outdoor play spaces and a homely feel

We just withdrew our 4yo son after his teacher complained to my husband that she doesn’t have time to just focus on him.Leading up to this he was crying on a number of occasions when I would come to collect him. Every time he was not being attended to, including one February afternoon where I was eventually told he was upset because they believed he left his water bottle in the car. He hadn’t had water all day. This was 3pm in summer. 8 hours without water. Not only wasn’t I called earlier to advise he had no water, but when I arrived and insisted he did have water with him at drop off it was miraculously found in the room next door.On another occasion I watched my child riding a trike and another boy shove him hard. When my son started to cry the educator said ‘see he shouldn’t respond like that.’ I was gobsmacked.Very disappointing, as we’d had high hopes being a centre that purports to hold Christian values, but I’m yet to witness compassion or Christ-like love in practice. He will surely miss his little friends.

The service has a beautiful environment for children. Playgrounds are natural and lovely. Food is amazing! Great team.
