True Laser Clinic

I’ve been a regular customer for a few years now and have only experienced a positive and professional service. The girls are welcoming and I feel very comfortable no matter who’s lasering me! Clinic is always super clean and hygienic. Highly recommend.

Vanessa and the team are so lovely and welcoming. I’ve been getting my laser hair removal done at this clinic for almost 8 years now. I always feel comfortable, and the job is always done with precision and care. I can’t recommend this clinic more

New management is very unprofessional! No communication about change of team, gave them a chance to prove themselves but they come unprepared for the treatments and basically waste my time and ask me to come back for a complimentary treatment. When I came for my complimentary treatment the staff member didn’t even turn up and wasted my time again. Would not recommend this place.

The service is fantastic. I was very happy with my results and since then have referred many friends. The atmosphere is so nice and staff there, really friendly & chatty. If it’s a long laser hair removal session, the conversation with my therapist is a nice distraction . You must try it!

By far the best experience. Vanessa is one of the sweetest and most welcoming beauty therapists I've ever come across. She made me feel extremely comfortable. I'm so lucky that I live close by, but even if I didn't I'd travel the distance. 10/10 recommend.

Absolute joke!I tried calling their phone in the morning because I had troubles booking online to which I got no response. After booking my appointment online and filling out their forms I got a call from them asking if I could re-schedule my appointment to an earlier time. So I left work early and went to their clinic. The lady at the desk wasn't rude but she definitely gave off the impression that she would rather be spending her time somewhere else.She then proceeds to tell me that there was a problem with the system and that she could provide the service I had requested. She then calls someone on her phone and talks to him for like 5 minutes. And then passes me the phone, and he tells me that there was no one there that could provide me with the service and ask me if I could wait 10 minutes for someone else to come in to which I say yes as I had already made the track there.The lady proceeds to talk to the guy for another 3 minutes. And then after she ends the call she just tells me that they can't do it today and ask if I can re-schedule it again to tomorrow. If they can't even manage a simple booking I don't see how they can provide these kinds of risk services. Definitely would not trust them with any part of my body.

The quality of service has changed drastically since the new management had taken over. I had an appointment to which I turned up for, but the clinic was closed (even though I was able to book that time online). I waited for 10 minutes waiting for it to open but nothing. They eventually cancelled it but no communication or apology about the inconvenience.The communication is terrible, customer service is shocking and very unorganised. From experience, they either have cancelled without explanation or kept moving appointments. Highly do not recommend!
