The most authentic sales experience!Couldn’t be happier with the customer service and my new race machine.Could not recommend Matt and the wonderful staff who made me feel welcome and looked after. What an excellent service, I reached there with my e-bike(other brand) with a flat tyre and my bike was immediately fixed within 10-12mins, didn’t have to wait a lot and wasnt charged as much as the other stores I used to go to either. too good

I called giant bayside on Thursday to arrange bikes for our family and nothing was to hard and the bikes were ready for pickup the next day. Matt was so easy and honest to deal with. Fabulous service and unbeatable prices.

I recently bought a Giant Stance, my FIRST dualy. The bars were wider than I preferred but I trialled them none the less. Today the guys cut the ends off for a more ergonomic arm posture, as I waited. Great guys, fun to chat with, great service, highly recommend. Paul Physio
