We are currently sitting in our huge brand new home that travelled from Wagga Wagga to the Southern Highlands.And while we've told everyone else how much we love our new house, we haven't told you!It's stunning:)And the whole process of designing, council application, building, and onsite work by Betterlook Homes was professional and enjoyable.A huge shout out to Chris in the office who helped make everything come to be; his advice was precious, and his character was happy and helpful...everytime!But the whole team there have built us a strong and beautiful home, and we will always be so very grateful to them. So highly recommended you build your home with them too; we wish we could give them a ten star rating!Thank you, Thank you!

After 6 months of trying to buy one of their homes I have up! Money was in the bank, but they were just too busy to provide service, return phone calls or emails. Yes money is cheap ATM but it won't always be - and you will be chasing business again!!!

I love you designs, we chose the Gawler3, it's perfect for what we need. Robyn was fantastic, thank you for your hospitality.

I would have liked to see more displays

My partner and I were dealing with this company for 5 months and in that time we attempted to get a quote and called them to follow up ever 2-3 weeks. If they answered there would be some sort of excuse as to why nothing had happened and a promise of a call which only happened once in the 5 months. We were asked to send them emails with what we wanted a quote for and where we wanted the house positioned and we never got a response to either of these emails. We had emotionally invested ourselves in this company because the plan we liked was exactly what we wanted and when we finally spoke up and complained about their lack of customer service they told us we should go somewhere else. We didn’t even get a reason why they couldn’t help us. We were looking at one of their bigger houses and had told them we intended to get almost all the upgrades but apparently this wasn’t enough for them to be interested in our business.To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

Built me an awesome house at an awesome price.
