Made590 has changed the way I shop! All their designs are created with care, meaning they make women of all different shapes and sizes look and feel amazing. You won’t find their designs anywhere else, so you will need to be ready to be constantly asked where your dress came from!Each new shape and fabric design is described meticulously on their website, often accompanied by videos pointing out features that the team have included to make sure the piece will look amazing on. They have ‘staple’ cuts that they repeat in different fabrics, but they’re always introducing new shapes for their long term fans.All pieces are produced locally, supporting Australian makers and designers. Considering this, prices are very reasonable as they need to absorb the higher costs associated with Australian manufacturing. Their pieces last forever too, meaning there is much less wastage, for those of us concerned with the environmental impact of fast fashion.

One of my favourite clothing stores! Great quality Australian made clothes - quirky and original and really well made. The girls are super friendly & always offer fantastic service. There is something for everyone and be warned, shopping here is totally addictive (but so much fun)!

Since I live on the other side of the country, I have never been to the physical made590 store, but it is my favourite clothing place all the same.A rare unicorn of fashion, it is properly ethical slow fashion, Australian owned, designed and made, AND properly size inclusive.So much thought and care goes into the designs that they sit beautifully on all shapes and sizes, and the fabrics are good quality and excellent fun prints, often from collaborations with local artists.100% recommend buying from made590 - if you’re like me and shop online they are also very responsive on social media so you can shop with confidence.

The building has a glorious pink exterior brightening up Marrickville Road and Kat is a ray of sunshine.I bought a pair of Suk workwear pants in black, the most comfortable that I now own.A lovely place to visit in the Inner Westie 'hood, that supports local manufacturers.

Absolutely adore this store! An ethical clothing store that truly believes in slow, sustainable, inclusive fashion. Going into the shop feels like you are entering your own little club - full of positivity and happiness. All manufacturing is done in Australia and they actively support local artists. A must see - especially if you are in the Inner West!

Love this place! Their clothes are great, and the customer service is excellent. Just placed 2 orders during their recent sale. The smaller order I selected to click and collect because I thought it wasn't worth to get the one top shipped by itself. Someone very thoughtfully combined my two orders and posted them together. Quietly made my Friday (alongside my lovely new clothes, of course).

Beautiful, high quality, locally made and designed clothes! The team are always so lovely, with top notch customer service, as well as a friendly vibe especially when visiting in store and trying on their clothes. I love their designs and the fact that they always consider not only the aesthetics but the practicality and comfort levels when wearing their clothes! I HAVE SO MANY DRESSES AND SKIRTS NOW WITH POCKETS!! POCKETS!!Once you start buying their clothes, you simply can't stop. Their limited ranges, unique cuts and designs means that you are owning a special slice of locally made creativity and that is the kind of ethos I can get behind!

The prints and pieces are so unique and stand out in crowd.My love for this Australian designed,  made and owned brand is no secret. The key to their success is that every single item is designed with intent and great consideration. For the different bodies that will wear them. For how they will mix and match with items from past ranges (and future ranges!) The tiny but epic details that take a garment to the next level.  Like button design. Button hole orientation. Sleeve design. Sourcing the best quality natural fibres. It is all this and more that leads to us returning over and over again.Last but not least, there are the absolute best babe's in the biz running and working this business and providing epic customer service.
