We were pretty disappointed with SEC for our Daughters birthday party. After having the party cancelled by them on the day before it was supposed to happen, and then struggling to reschedule it for 2 weeks after her birthday, we were expecting a bit better for $60 per child. We rocked up just before 3pm, to be told that there was no tables for cake/drinks afterwards (after being told there was), nor could we stay after at the centre as they needed to leave at 5pm. Then to the party itself, where the kids spent almost an hour decorating some horses whilst someone sat around watching their phone. Then, 25mins of actual riding (about 12 mins per child)... then a few photo ops, and put the horses away. And that was it. Not even a happy birthday to my daughter. Nothing like what is listed on the website, no t-shirt or card, or themes or anything... The kids did have some fun though, so 2 stars.

It's been about 25 years since I've had a riding lesson (or been on a horse) so I wanted to pick somewhere safe and that I'd get the best experience.I'm so impressed, SEC ticks all the boxes!Firstly the undercover arenas make riding really safe and comfortable no matter the weather conditions - No excuses to have a week off!Their selection of horses and ponies is phenomenal for all levels, and for adult beginners it is hard to find suitable horses. Their horses and ponies are beautifully educated and friendly, a pleasure to be around.I've had one main instructor and she is wonderful, I've improved a lot and remembering a lot.I'm jealous of the toddlers starting out riding here, I can't think of a better place to be!

As always, expensive but fun. The first time for my son. We did all the free events during the day, then moved on to side show ally at night. The fireworks this year were amazing, however the weather decided to rain on the final five minute. Still - is it worth the money, yes and no. Give my child a budget and he came home with money left over. This 11 year old decided the show bags were not worth it. He could buy more snickers at the supermarket with his left over funds.

always a good day out. the caravan & camping expo was great from higher end caravan specials, and to offerring alternatives towards offroad van adventures, as well as lots of well priced peripherals to enhance the nomadic lifestyle.Bring on the satellite dishes & washing machines in our campers! well done

tried to book for lessons here and they never even got back to me. rude, offensive and really over priced. Go to Claremont Therapeutic centre, they are very good and cheaper

Most enjoyable horse riding experience

Went today for a beginner's horse riding lesson for my son and daughter. They had been on a horse twice before.Second lesson with Kirsty. She spent half the lesson sitting on her bum shouting orders to my kids telling them what they shouldn't do rather than teaching them what to do. Very rude. Awful manners. Rough with the horses too. Waist of time and money.Never again.
