Love kmart. Some women's clothing is yucky, but some are really nice and at good prices. The staff are always nice and helpful.

The shop is a very nice and well done. I usually shop in there every now and then and usually have nice experience however a few of the staff seem to have some sort of grudge towards me. I have been followed around the store multiple times by one of the lady's working and while browsing has been threatened with security if I touch the product. I do try on the clothing items as I like to change my style every now and then. However while in the changing room the lady who is in charge stands out front my door listing in. Recently I had dropped an item of mine on the floor while putting my jumped back on and she was quick to grabed it while I was still in the change room. She then took the outfits I was trying off me and then gave them back demanding I put them back while politely taking my friend outfit. After I had put the clothes back she had showed me the item I dropped (which I had gotten from there a week prior) and asked if it was mine. I sad yes and she yelled at me saying I was stealing. I tried explaining to her that I had brought it a week ago and this was one of the first time I had it with me since I collect them but she said I was stealing and she didn't know where the packaging for it was. I would understand if this was the first time this has happened as I was wearing a loose jumper. However this same lady has accused me of stealing multiple times. One time I had even shown the receipt and yet she still claimed I had stolen the item. she has never accused any of the people with me even if they look just as or more suspicious then I do, she always talks to them in a friendly manner compared to me. I am quite disappointed and hurt by these many experiences I have had as I do enjoy shopping there however I try to avoid it especially while she is working as I don't like being yelled at and accused of things I didn't do. Over all the place is very nice and most of the younger staff are very polite towards me it's just two ladies who seem to have a problem

I recently shopped at Bundy Kmart and even tho I already love this store I was particularly grateful on my most recent visit when I suddenly dislocated my knee and to my pleasant surprise was very quickly assisted by the lovely Caroline she was Very attentive and helpful in having a chair brought over for me also with an ice pack which was just what I needed! What a great selection of staff Kmart Bundy has employed! Thank you Caroline you rescued me as I’m lousy at asking for help! xOx

Love kmart. Everything is affordable. Convieniant and frendly staff. However, security at the entrance is a bit off puting.

I had the most horrible experience when visiting the fitting rooms on the 11th Jan 2023 after lunch/afternoon. I would give 0 stars if it allowed.My mother and I had a handful of items, my mother 10 items and myself 4 items. As soon as we entered the fitting room the lady was very short and unpleasant in her communication. She was unhappy that my mother had more than 6 items, so she was told to leave 4 items behind and take in only 6- which we adhered to. We were already feeling uncomfortable at this stage because of the tone of the fitting room attendant. I finished trying on my 4 items and kept them in my hand, I asked the lady if I could take my mothers 4 items at the counter and swap them for some she tried on (the lady agreed to this) and so I brought back items. The lady said, very rudely, that I have taken in more and have come out with less. I was SO confused to what she was saying as I knew that we had the correct amount and asked her to repeat it and that I was confused. She was then getting very aggressive telling me that she speaks fluent English. I was SO shocked that she was insinuating that I was mocking her accent when I was asking what she meant by her statement- to which I believe she was insinuating that we were stealing. I tried to communicate that they were mine (meaning they weren’t my mothers) and she was saying well they are not yours, you haven’t purchased them with such a condescending sarcastic tone. My mother came out of the change rooms at this point even though she had not finished trying on clothes, as she later said that she could hear the lady accusing me of something and came out as she was worried. The staff member began attempting to snatch what was in my hands, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I told her that I was purchasing these items so I would like to keep them. At this point I was so upset and my whole body was shaking. I am very uncomfortable in these situations because of my anxiety and usually avoid confrontation, but felt that the behaviour of the staff member was absolutely inappropriate and so I told her that I was feeling uncomfortable and that she didn’t need to be so rude in her delivery and I would appreciate if she could calm down and speak to me kindly. She was extremely heightened after this and went on to say how she has customers doing the wrong thing and saying how hard her job is, I am not really sure what else she said as she was carrying on quite a bit. I understand that we all have bad days, but to be on the receiving end of her bad mood was extremely unprofessional and the best word that I can think of to sum up this experience would be distressing. I spoke to the manager upon leaving, the first time I have ever done that in my 30 years of life, and the first encounter like this I have experienced. The manager was lovely about it, although I would be interested to know if it was taken seriously. The staff members need to be provided with training on customer service, conflict resolution/verbal intervention training as this was SO out of line and quite bizarre behaviour. Looking at previous google reviews, it is evident that this behaviour from the staff is ongoing and so I hope serious consequences are put into place as this so poorly reflects on your business and KMART as a whole.

Great range of stock at very reasonable prices. The craft section surprisingly has a good range. Clothing is mostly gone back to cotton and linen fabric which is awesome for the hot Aussie days.

What a joke this place is no trolleys for your shopping no bags to put your shopping in nasty smartalex staff. Wrong prices on things. Wake up manager to whats going on in your store. Xmas is coming good luck shoppers doing your shopping there. Its a nightmare.
