I've been attending Port physio for years and have been completely satisfied with all services ( physio and Pilates). All staff are very friendly and helpful.

Review of physiotherapist Catherine Mcclean.Never left a bad review but I'm leaving this so others can beware. Worst experience by far in many years I've been getting physiotherapy from various therapists.I went to her for a moderate back injury. I'd been having treatment elsewhere for 7 months, but couldn't get to my regular physio.She completely ignored treatment notes I provided from my long standing physiotherapist. Skimmed and discarded almost instantly.Despite me specifically saying before treatment that I'd had bad experiences with physio's going too hard on me resulting in my injury worsening, and that I was looking for a gentle treatment, she manipulated me so hard i was actually rocking on the table.She ignored and even argued with me when I made several requests for her to go softer on me.She made a sarcastic comment about my injury while i was on the table being treated.After I saw her I had to get extra appointments from another physio to deal with fallout from Catherine's treatment.

Excellent care, friendly people and really affordable treatment. Definitely recommend.

The team at Port Macquarie Physio & Pilates are always professional, friendly and a wealth of knowledge. I have been a regular patient for many years and couldn’t be happier with the level of care I receive. Highly recommend!
