I'm 66 years old and have had the same computer for 12 years. It was time for an update so took the advice of a colleague and contacted IDSN IT. And I'm so glad I did!Staff were in attendance on the very day I contacted them, discussed my requirements and listened to a few computing idiosyncrasies I wanted. No problems. Two days later I had my computer and Eugene sat with me for over an hour to set the system up and walk me through the programs. Nothing was too much.Am I satisfied? Damn right I am. I have a computer that loads in seconds, has a link to IDSN IT if I get into trouble and is just a joy to use. Should have updated with these guys years ago!

Eugene came early, quickly assessed the problem to be solved , found what needed to be done and very quickly sorted it out. Very easy to work with and really knows what he's doing.

Needing either a replacement or servicing attention to our 10 year old PC with which I was having functional problems, I contacted Eugene who had been recommended by a friend. Eugene came to my house on the same day that I contacted him, coming in the early evening even though he had been through a busy day. He spent some time identifying the problems I had been having and gave my wife and I general advice such as improved placement of a modem,. Determining that he could replace Windows 7 with Windows 11 rather than our needing a new computer, Eugene took the computer away overnight before returning it with Windows 11 operating system, increased hard drive capacity, all existing files transferred with improved access and having cleaned all working parts. He reconnected the computer, ensuring everything was working as it should.I can't believe that all this was done in just over 24 hours from my first contacting Eugene, who inspired confidence from the first meeting.I intend to use his company any future time I need IT assistance and recommend IDSN to others without hesitation.Andrew
