My father is hard to buy shoes for. He has a large foot size and a “grumpy old man” level of patience. We were greeted by Sam and she was absolutely amazing! She was kind, attentive and really helpful. Thanks again Sam.

Usually I would spent a fair bit of money here but lately the shop has gone down hill in a big way. Last time I was in there, I ended up standing around for 15 minutes while the young staff decided it was better to stand around and talk with each other rather than serve. Went to the front desk and was ignored tried getting their attention and was ignored. Would rather go somewhere where the staff are willing to help.

The service is friendly but beware but beware the sales tactics. We went in for a pair of sneakers for my son and agreed to try on a pair advertised in store for $90. We were then fitted to several more expensive pairs without mention of the price difference, one was $80 more! Pretty good service overall but make sure you ask questions before being fitted. In the end we bought elsewhere the same shoes for cheaper, after telling our story to the sales lady she brought their price down, as we had lost a bit of trust with the AF.

I was served by Bec today and she was wonderful. Listened to my needs and found me the perfect shoes. Absolutely stellar service!

I'd like to commend Kree for her helpful and friendly customer service. On Wed 13th Oct I phoned the shop and was soon chatting to a staff member who was working from home...Kree, I think? She soon had my order sorted and then....here comes the outstanding part....generously offered to personally deliver the order to my home address later that same day. Many thanks Kree, I'm very grateful.

I have been to the store twice now within a 3 year period, yesterday I was served by a lady who I believe was named Kate (forgive me if I was wrong) but she was extremely friendly and helpful, was able to pick out the perfect shoes for me in a matter of minutes and I was quickly out the door. She was also willing to start conversation with me multiple times, and while I was incredibly awkward, I must say it had me feel like I was not just another" customer. A real genuine connection was established and was an excellent overall experience as a customer. The shoes are a bit pricey

The return process is too ridiculous. My size should be in size 9, but I purchased size 8.5 Hoka Bondi in Belconnen store because the staff said they don’t have 9 in store. The staff said I can try size 8.5 for few days and if it not fit, they can exchange to size 9 for me. After few days, I feel the size is not suitable, so I go to the store again and wanna to exchange to size 9. But at this time the staff change their word and said they can’t order the shoes for me, the only thing they can do is to offer me a gift card and order online myself. Totally CONTRADICTED to what they said previously. And at this moment, she still said if the online purchase not suitable, I can get refund in store. So that I still follow their suggestion to purchase online, even though they previously promised me they can order size 9 in store but actually can’t.I then received the shoes in size 9 from online store. But I found the shoes feels much different from my previous bondi shoes. The insole is much harder. Btw, my boyfriend also wear Bondi 8, he also compared the online-purchased shoe with his pairs, and also said the insole is much harder (we wear the exact same Hoka Bondi). And I even noticed every time I wear it, I feel backache. So I decided to return it (because the staff said if the online-purchased shoe is not suitable I can return in store). But when I visited the store, the staff reject and said they can’t return the online order even if they previously said they can return the online order and even if they know the notice the quality defect of this shoe. This store contradicts to their promises again and again. Especially they said they offer 30 days return policy but actually they don’t. Really disappointed me, and won’t come back again.
